  The project agreement is for a three-year period. Renewal of a term of three more years is subject to performance and reviews. However High School Projects have a longer period agreement essentially an understanding of life time.

TEIPL's Responsibilities

1.   Operational Manager who will help operationally the Education product delivery, Systems and Procedures, in line with our Instructional Training Methodology. The person would also be instrumental in transferring this know-how to all locally recruited staff members. 

2.   Given our vast experience in the field of Education Business, we shall be providing Marketing Guidance & Know-how by way of Advertising Planning and Sales Planning through regular visits of our experienced Business Managers.

3.   Will transfer all the systems, procedures and policies that cover all the aspects of successful Center running in the form of Project Implementation, Operation & Academic Manuals.

4.   TEIPL provides skill-oriented training to Head of Education Center and Course Counselors for effective functioning of the Center or school, before the commencement of the Education Center or School.

5.   Periodic visits from Academic and Marketing Consultants from TEIPL to ensure continuous Quality Assurance.

6.   On-going Training Methodology & Content Development to ensure state-of-the-art product portfolio.

7.   Automated Internal Systems for smooth functioning of the Education Center.

Business Partner Responsibilities/Financial Commitment

1.   To provide required infrastructure and facilities for the Education Center or School.

2.   All Staff required for the smooth functioning of the TEFL International Education Center or School.

3.   The sales and marketing resources for the Local Promotion of Business.

4.   To procure Technical Teaching & Reference Material from TEIPL International.

5.   To acquire from TEIPL the academic Know-how for a fee.

6.   To pay TEIPL a percentage of the fee collected from the students every month, be it fixed or variable as per company policy.

7.   To purchase Student Courseware Kits (Student Learning Guides) from prescribed dealer at a specified price, stocking it well in the beginning of start up.

8.   Obtain all requisite permissions from Local authorities for operating an Education center or the School.

9.   To ensure that students are serviced as per the Manuals provided by TEIPL from time to time.

10.  Organizing Visas, Work Permit and teaching License for all the teachers deputed with the business partner (only for Foreign Nationals). – Optional
