Site Selection - Once you have identified the location for TEIPL business , we will assist you in negotiating the terms of your rent, lease or purchase contract. Our team of experienced real estate negotiators will help integrate your individual needs and goals into the acquisition documents for your center. Though we are committed to providing TEIPL franchisees in any place convenient to our customers, yet we do not mislead them if the area do not have the write business potential.

For High School the above process of support remain the same, but the land needs to be purchased only. No rent or leased land will be accepted. However the partner has to ensure that the land is converted for commercial use and he has received a no objection from the local body to construct a school there.

Financing Options - For Pre-School & Language School Investment is not very high, thus financial assisting options are not available. However installment scheme for 2 - 3 months is available on request depending on the value of the project.

For High School Project , our efficient Chartered Accountants prepares the project for you to avail loan, in cases where partner needs assistance in getting the loan sanctioned we take the responsibility on our shoulder. However the partner should have sufficient mortgage capacity . We thus will assist you in obtaining the necessary financing that suits the needs of you and your business.

Center Design - We make it simple. For Pre-School or Language School ,if the partner wants then he can get the designs done himself or if you seek our help, Our design team will help you to design and construct your center to fit your interests, your local codes, your marketplace, and meet our standards. Our designs aims at providing maximum utilization of the available space !

For High School Project , the job is assigned to our design team only to design and construct your school meeting our standards. In rare cases we do allow the partner to have his own designer, but such designs needs approval at every step completed .

Training - This support function becomes right from aiding you whilst staffing. Our Training begins with induction on Company Profile, Detail Knowledge on the Product, Systems, process and policy of the company. This training is for the Centre Director of any centre, Principal of Schools, by then existing staff members of the centre or school. Initial Academic training on methodology for faculties or teachers. We will educate you in every aspect of operating your center, and guide you through the specific government regulations applicable to you, your staff, your center, and the children you care for. After which periodic trainings for academicians are done on a quarterly basis and marketing people on 6 months basis. Franchisees are expected to nominate people for these trainings. However if there are plans for new product launch then adhoc training is also called for. All above mentioned training are free of cost. In case of any specialized training or need of training by a partner for his staff other then the schedule will be charged.

The above process is applicable for all products Pre-School, Language School or High School.
