Key personnel

Smita Roy Chowdhury is the lady behind the formation of this organization which just began by a name to carry from an international company, with no products or deliverables. Ms. Roy Chowdhury has been associated with education industry from 1996 and has flings of experience in travel and hotel industry previous to that. Spending such long tenure with multinationals and name in the education industry she realized the need of structure in segments like Pre-schools , High Schools as well as English Language. To top it all she felt that she can deliver all above products the best when she has teachers who are equipped to deliver keeping in mind today’s child psychology and thus, was discovered the unique methodology which TEIPL follows today in all its centres, be it Pre-Schools, Language Schools, Teacher training Schools or upcoming High Schools.
